利用規則・利用申請手続き
遺伝子機能解析部門の利用にあたって
 
 
  1. 部門ホームページの内容をご一読ください。

  2. 時間外利用
    時間外利用を行う可能性がある学生は、学生証を持参のうえ、事前に遺伝子機能事務室にて手続きをしてください。時間外利用を行う際には、その都度時間外利用届を提出してください。時間外利用届の記載・提出方法の詳細は、ホームページ内の利用申請書様式集をご参照ください。

  3. オンライン予約
    研究機器の中には事前にオンライン予約が必要な機器があります。オンライン予約の方法は、「オンライン予約システム説明」をご参照ください。予約回数等に制限が設けられている機器があります。各機器のページでご確認ください。

  4. User ID・パスワード
    研究機器の利用マニュアル等の閲覧には、利用責任者（教員）のUser IDと利用者パスワード、および、閲覧パスワードが必要です。User IDと利用者パスワードを未取得の利用責任者の方は、遺伝子機能事務室にて申請してください。学生の方は、利用責任者からUser IDと利用者パスワードを聞いてください。閲覧パスワードは までお問い合わせください。

  5. メーリングリスト
    遺伝子機能解析部門から利用者への各種連絡は、メーリングリスト（ml-gene）を通じて、大学発行のメールアドレス宛に送信します。

  6. DNAシーケンサーの共同利用
    DNAシークエンサー（ABI 3500 Genetic Analyzer（Ａ, Ｂ））を新たにご利用される方は、事前にDNAシークエンサー現地説明会に必ず参加してください。

  7. 顕微鏡の共同利用
    共焦点レーザー蛍光顕微鏡またはオールインワン蛍光顕微鏡を新たにご利用される方は、事前に定期講習会（5月・12月開催）への参加、または、蜂谷による個別講習の受講が必要です。個別講習をご希望の方は までご連絡ください。

  8. その他
    遺伝子機能解析部門棟玄関前や入口のマットで履物の泥等を落として入館してください。雨の日は入口やエレベーター前の黒い吸水マットで履物の水分をよく拭き取って入館してください。実験終了後は実験室の消灯をお願いします。


Regarding the Use of Department of Molecular and Functional Genomics (DMFG)

  1. Please read the information on the DMFG's website.

  2. After-Hours Use
    Students who may use the facilities after hours must bring their student ID and complete the necessary procedures at the DMFG office in advance. Each time you use the facilities after hours, you must submit a notification form for after-hours use. For details on how to fill out and submit the form, please refer to the Application Form Collection on the website.

  3. Online Reservations
    Some research instruments require prior online reservation. Please refer to the Online Reservation System Manual for instructions. Certain instruments are subject to limitations on both the number of reservations and the duration of consecutive bookings. Please check the relevant equipment pages for more information.

  4. User ID and Passwords
    To view manuals and other materials for research instruments, you will need the User ID and User Password of the person in charge (faculty), as well as a viewing password. Faculty members who have not yet obtained a User ID and User Password should apply at the DMFG office. Students should ask their supervising faculty member for the User ID and User Password. Please contact the DMFG office to obtain the viewing password.

  5. Mailing List
    Important notices from the DMFG members will be sent to users via the mailing list (ml-gene), using the university-issued email addresses.

  6. Shared Use of DNA Sequencer
    Those who wish to newly use the DNA Sequencer (ABI 3500 Genetic Analyzer) must attend an on-site briefing session beforehand.

  7. Shared Use of Microscopes
    Those who wish to newly use the confocal laser scanning microscope or the all-in-one fluorescence microscope must either attend a regular training session (held in May and December) or receive individual instruction from Dr. Hachiya. Those who have not received training are NOT permitted to use these microscopes.

  8. Other
    Please clean off mud and dirt from your footwear using the mat in front of the entrance to the DMFG building. On rainy days, be sure to wipe moisture from your shoes using the black absorbent mat near the entrance or elevator. Please turn off the lights in the laboratory after you finish your experiments.
